Terms of Service
Use of BinThere
BinThere is an inventory organization tool for personal thrifting and resale workflows. Users may use it to photograph items, organize locations, track item metadata, generate location barcodes, and manage item status.
User content and responsibility
Users keep ownership of the photos, item details, location names, prices, and other content they enter into BinThere. Users are responsible for having the rights to use any photos or content they add and for the accuracy of item details, pricing, sale records, and location labels.
Local data
The app stores inventory data locally on the device. Graywheel does not host a BinThere account or server copy of the user's inventory. Users should keep device backups enabled if they want a recovery path when replacing or restoring a device.
Photos and sharing
Users choose when to take, import, export, share, or delete photos and generated location barcodes. Anything shared outside the app is controlled by the destination app or service.
Store terms
If BinThere is downloaded through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store, that store's required terms, license rules, refund rules, and usage rules also apply. If a mandatory store term conflicts with these terms, the mandatory store term controls where required.
No warranty
BinThere is provided as-is and as available. It should not be used as the only record for high-value inventory, taxes, accounting, legal obligations, or business-critical records.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graywheel is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost inventory records arising from use of BinThere.
Updates
These terms may be updated as BinThere changes. Continued use of the app after an update means the user accepts the updated terms.
